"Successful
start of the performance of the full work for organ of J.S. Bach
stimulates customer relations"
Kristiaan Seynhave has mastered perfectly the seemingly unconstrained
expression. He gave a delicate interpretation of the Triosonata
number 4. Seynhave is gifted with a rich sense for melody and
expression, a blessed organist. We could hear another masterly
example of his talent in the famous Dorian toccata and fugue in
d. It all sounds very accurate."... |

"Virtuosity
en Romance"
The structure of the "Pièce Héroïque"
was just perfect, with its playful moments between two main parts.
Also the sometimes introvert "Pastorale" had a nice
and polished sound. The "Grande Pièce Symphonique"
was outstanding, sober however artistically sound in its registration
and the technique showed great professional skill.
There was virtuosity in the passionate "Litanies" of
Alain, the striking and sonorous "Toccata" of Vierne
and the exuberant "Finale" from Widor's eighth symphony.
And as if Seynhave did not seem to have the slightest problem
to perform so long, concentrated and gripping, he also developed
a fascinating symphonic improvisation with a simple theme that
through a passionate, sometimes surprising but always captivating
structure returned to silence... |

"New
CD Recording"
Kristiaan Seynhave plays with plenty of brio. Everything can be
heard very clearly and the organ follows willingly and elegantly
what the performer has in mind. Seynhave also presents the slow
parts in a sensitive and delicate manner.

"Fifth and
sixth symphony of Widor by Kristiaan Seynhave
'Le magasine d'orgue' awards the recording a price"
An exceptional quality among the many recordings that I listen
to: lively music with panache and emotions.

"About
twelve composers from Ghent on the concert stage"
The "Ricercare" (for orchestra, mezzo-soprano, 2 organs
and double choir) composed by Kristiaan Seynhave was the revelation
of the evening. The young musician proves his thorough knowledge
of the contemporary musical language (somewhere between Strawinsky
and Penderecki) and a writing of great originality. The result
of this grand work is fantastic! |

"Performance
of Bach's full work for organ by Kristiaan Seynhave"
He is not even 25 years old, but Kristiaan Seynhave is already
capable of doing what most organ players can only dream of

"Symphonic
grandeur and subtle nonsense rhyme poetry.
Kristiaan Seynhave from Brussels has played the first concert
in the "Karlsruher Orgelsommer"
The sound was one of pure ecstasy in
the sparkling "Hymne au Soleil" of Vierne.
In Widor's fifth symphony he convinced the audience that all
parts of this work are of equal value as the popular "toccata".
With the "Trois préludes
et fugues" of Dupré, Seynhave offered the listener
a cosmos of alternating fine timbres and mature virtuosity

"Kristiaan
Seynhave interpretes Franck as a real expert"
Kristiaan Seynhave masters perfectly the French romantic language.
He played with full commitment and temperament but always well
reasoned and self-controlled so that the long breath and the
structure of most of these works were convincingly present.
His interpretation and recitation were well balanced. On the
basis of always varying modulations and registrations, Seynhave
gave an evocation of many different moods and colour combinations.
It was an outstanding recital.
